Thank you for choosing Level 8 KTV! Please review the booking information below to help ensure an enjoyable experience.

Minimum Spend

The minimum spend is £25 per person, based on the number of guests booked (for example, 3 guests = £75 minimum spend).

This minimum amount cannot be reduced as it helps us allocate the most suitable room. If more guests arrive, the minimum spend will be adjusted accordingly.

Room Time

Each session includes 3 hours.

Room time begins from your scheduled booking time. Late arrivals will not be extended.

Corkage Fee

Corkage fee for outside drinks is £60.

This charge is applied separately and does not count towards the room’s minimum spend.

No Outside Food

Outside food is not permitted, except for birthday cakes only.

Extension Policy

If you wish to extend your session, please speak to our staff.

Extension is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

If approved, an additional minimum charge of £8 per person per hour will be required during the extension period.

Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss.

Any loss or damage may be charged accordingly.

Management Rights

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session if rules are not followed.

All charges are final and non-refundable.
